Soulja Boy (Not For Children)

There is this song going around by some young boy called Soulja Boy called Crank Dat, which by close speculation is about this little boy telling the world about masturbating on his girl and basically that it is cool to do it. He even made a dance out of it.Here is an E-mail that I had received today explaining a little more about itThanks to Tom Joyner’s show this morning with Kirk Franklin I was enlightened.

Kirk Franklin said he did not let his children listen to the song Souljah boy because of the words and the meaning of Superman. With that information I needed to find out exactly what superman meant other then the super hero.I Google searched Urban dictionary and put the word in and this is what Idiscovered:Superman is when a guy ejaculates on a girl’s back and puts a sheet on her back. When she wakes in the morning and stands up, the sheet is stuck to her back (like a cape), you have officially supermanned that hoe.

Watch Me crank dat Souljah boy now superman dat hoe... When my friend told me about it on the phone I laughed for about 10 minutes but then I cried because I realized as an adult it’s a joke, but if I was a parent and my child came home singing this I would be scared….Souljah boy just dropped his balls the other day and already he is talking about coming on a girls back and is making a number 1 record about it.

Man his parents must me proud.I am sooooo upset by this as the public seems to love this shit.WAKE UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPCAN’T U SEE WHAT YOUR DOING!!!!!!!!What makes me laugh is Black people have been complaining about civil rights for a long time. Black people have been complaining about not being heard and not getting the right opportunites in life. Now it’s the year 2008, not only is black music the most popular thing on the market now, but the style and culture is being adopted everywhere. American is coming close to getting its first black president. And what do black people do to celebrate our slow riseWe Superman that hoe…….As far as I am concerned if you have the privilege as a black person to be heard in this society to a big audience.. If you have power in your message then spread it to better the race not just you financially.

Cause you will be the richest black person on a block with every other colour but your own.Black people in general are not seen with a good light and to abuse that power you have to be talking filth to a wide audience as well as kids then you don’t deserve a record deal. ItÅ¡ bad enough rappers talking rubbish in the first place, but vulgarity and disrespect is mental abuse.Don’t you know your words and your attitudes influence everyone….. Don’t you know that by just one man calling another man a nigger that, that changed history.

Don’t you know the power of words is what is used in advertising to stimulate you to act, just like in music, don’t you know that there will be women out there mentally and sexually abused by your words, Don’t you know how naive the world is at times….

.Im not saying that this song should get banned.. Im saying this song is for an adult market a specialized market and should be treated that way. Not played on day time tv or played on prime time radio without no censorship….. are u radio stations actually listening to this ………..Im signing off… feel free to leave comments
